Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Sale items cannot be refunded, only an exchange can be made.
Sale items are not subject to return, only exchange for other sale items.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products- Some health and personal care items To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable) - Book with obvious signs of use - CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
Once your refund is received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before the refund is officially registered. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us in the “Contact Us” section within the site menu, Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable) We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email in the "Contact Us" section and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the donor had the order shipped to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will receive your return.
To return your product: you must ship your product to the address we provide, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over €49.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
